Scope
This standard specifies the assembly of batteries, test devices, measuring instruments and measurement methods, performance test methods, and test reports for single polymer electrolyte fuel cells, etc.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the following three items:
a) the performance of polymer electrolyte fuel cell membrane electrode assemblies;
b) the materials or structures of other components of polymer electrolyte fuel cells;
c) the impact of impurities in fuel and air on battery performance.
