GB/T 13338-2018 Basic rules for the measurement and calculation of thermal equilibrium of fuel-fired furnace in industry
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions for the determination and calculation of heat balance in industrial furnaces using fuels, the items of heat balance and heat balance, the determination and calculation methods of heat balance, and the requirements for determination reports. This standard applies to the determination and calculation of heat balance in industrial furnaces using solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels, such as steel rolling heating furnaces, homogenizing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, cupolas, step furnaces, hood furnaces, conveyor belt furnaces, and various types of tunnel kilns, reverse flame kilns, and other industrial furnaces (hereinafter referred to as "industrial furnaces"). Note: The determination items listed in this standard are not all necessary for all types of industrial furnaces, and this standard does not include all heat balance determination items for all types of industrial furnaces. The determination items for various types of industrial furnaces are specified in their respective heat balance standards, and the items not included in this standard are listed separately.
