Scope

This part of GB/T 14860 is a general specification that stipulates the requirements that transformer and inductor manufacturers must follow to obtain the capability approval specified in clause 11.7 of IECQ QC 001002:1986, and the component test procedures used to evaluate their capabilities. This part applies to transformers and inductors for communication and electronic equipment, including multi-phase transformers.
This part also specifies the requirements for marking, delayed delivery, and ordering, and provides standard rated values and characteristics. In addition, it stipulates the methods for inspecting the quality consistency of the ordered components.
