Scope

This part of GB/T 14860 specifies the method for preparing detailed specifications for power transformers released according to the capability approval procedure specified in GB/T 14860.1—2012. This part includes blank detailed specifications (BDS). The blank detailed specifications specify the format and indicate the tests suitable for such components; while the tests ultimately selected for inclusion in the inspection checklist are determined by the authors of the specification.
