Scope
This standard specifies the terminology, system classification, technical requirements, and inspection rules for solar water heating systems with auxiliary energy (with a storage tank volume greater than 0.6 m3).
This standard applies to solar water heating systems with auxiliary energy where the effective volume of a single storage tank is greater than 0.6 m3.
This standard does not apply to solar water heating systems with heat pump-assisted heating.
