Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and delivery preparations for miniature heat-conducting tubes.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, inspection, and acceptance of low-temperature copper-water miniature heat-conducting tubes with a length of not more than 300 mm and a diameter of not more than 10 mm used in the electronics industry and other fields. Heat-conducting tubes of other sizes can be implemented in accordance with this standard.
