Scope

This part of GB/T 6378 specifies the procedure for a single sampling inspection to verify the average value of a certain quality characteristic of the inspection lot as a quality indicator. The procedure in this part is only applicable to various forms of quality verification, that is, using the inspection results of the sample to determine whether the inspection lot does not meet a certain claimed quality level, and the quality characteristics of the inspected products conform to or approximately conform to a normal distribution. This part is not applicable to the acceptance sampling of batches.
