Scope

This part of GB/T 17680 specifies the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation guidelines for nuclear accident emergency drills and exercises in nuclear power plants. Unless otherwise specified, the guidelines stipulated in this part apply to both drills and exercises. This part applies to emergency drills and exercises of the nuclear emergency organizations of nuclear power plant operators (hereinafter referred to as on-site emergency organizations); the emergency drills and exercises of the provincial nuclear emergency organizations (hereinafter referred to as off-site emergency organizations) where the nuclear power plants are located can be implemented with reference to this part.
