Scope

This part of GB/T 17680 specifies the radiation dose assessment (referred to as dose assessment) criteria to be used in the event of an accident involving the release of radioactive substances into the environment at a nuclear power plant, or the potential occurrence of such an accident. This part applies to the evaluation of off-site radiation doses caused by nuclear power plant accidents, including both anticipated assessments and follow-up assessments.
