Scope
This document provides the basic model for the design of software random number generators, design guidelines for basic components, and a security classification method. In the appendix, design examples based on the SM3 algorithm and the SM4 algorithm are also provided.
This document is applicable to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of software random number generators.
