Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, raw materials, processing technology requirements, product quality, and production records for frozen cooked shrimp processing enterprises. This standard applies to the processing and production of frozen cooked whole shrimp, frozen cooked headless shrimp, frozen cooked prawn tails, and frozen cooked shrimp fillets made from raw materials such as Vanamei shrimp (Penaeus vannamei), Chinese shrimp (Penaeus chinesis), Japanese shrimp (Penaeus japonicus), and spotted shrimp (Penaeus monodon Fabricius).
