Scope
This document describes the analytical method for determining chlorine in metal calcium using a chloride ion-selective electrode.
This document is applicable to the determination of chlorine in metal calcium. The measurement range is 100 micrograms per gram to 5,000 micrograms per gram. The allowable impurity levels are: Cr, Fe, Al, Ni, Mn, and Si are all 1 milligram, Cu is 4 milligrams, and Mg is 6 milligrams.
