Scope

This document specifies the requirements for voltage sags and short-term interruptions (hereinafter referred to as "events") in power quality assessment, including evaluation principles, monitoring and evaluation, and forecasting evaluation. This document is applicable to the evaluation of events in public AC power grids and user-accessed power systems. The evaluation of events in user internal power supply systems can be implemented with reference to this document.
