Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements and procedures for sampling, testing, and evaluation of energy efficiency measurement for energy-using products.
This standard applies to the supervision and testing of energy efficiency measurement for energy-using products. For commissioned testing, this standard can be referenced. Units that produce and sell energy-using products can also conduct testing in accordance with this standard.
The energy-using products subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or goods imported and sold by sellers.
