This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instrumentation, measurement, data processing and presentation, identification and handling of abnormal samples, accuracy and precision, and requirements for test reports of near-infrared testing methods for the crude protein and crude fat content (on a dry basis) of soybeans.
This standard is applicable to the rapid testing of the crude protein and crude fat content (on a dry basis) of soybeans.
This standard is not applicable to arbitration testing.
