Scope
This standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, energy efficiency limit value, energy-saving evaluation value, and test methods for double-ended fluorescent lamps for general lighting (hereinafter referred to as "double-ended fluorescent lamps").
This standard applies to the following two types of lamps: preheated cathode lamps that operate on circuits with an AC power frequency starter and can also operate on high-frequency circuits; and preheated cathode lamps that operate on high-frequency circuits.
