本文件适用于在石油和其他碳氢化合物强化采收作业中注入的CO2，在CO2-EOR项目中，需要对长期安全封存的CO2进行量化。考虑到一些CO2-EOR项目将非人为排放CO2与人为排放CO2结合使用，本文件同时给出了如何利用分配比率来选择性计算关联封存CO2的人为部分占比（见附录B）。
