Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for high-voltage power measurement equipment inspection devices (hereinafter referred to as inspection devices).
This standard applies to newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired inspection devices used to test three-phase or single-phase high-voltage power measurement equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment under inspection) with voltages ranging from 6 kV to 35 kV.
