GB/T 17215.322-2008 Electricity metering equipment(a.c.)—Particular requirements—Part 22:Static meters for active energy(classes 0.2S and 0.5S)
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 17215 is only applicable to newly manufactured stationary active energy meters with an accuracy grade of 0.2 S and 0.5 S, which are used to measure AC active energy in 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks, and is only applicable to their type tests. This part is applicable to indoor use, which consists of an inductive meter with a measuring element and one or more counters installed in the same case. It is also applicable to one or more working indicators and one or more test outputs. If the meter has a measuring element for measuring more than one type of energy (multi-energy meters), or other functional units such as maximum demand indicators, electronic tariff registers, time switches, pulse control receivers, data communication interfaces, etc., enclosed in the same case, the corresponding standards shall apply to these functional units. Note: GB/T 1208.1-2006 specifies the measurement range of 0.01In to 1.2In, or 0.05In to 1.5In, or 0.05In to 2In for inductive meters with an accuracy grade of 0.2S and 0.5S for the measurement range of 0.01In to 1.2In. Since the measurement range of the meter and the inductive meter used with it must match, and only inductive meters with a grade of 0.2S and 0.5S meet the accuracy requirements needed for the operation of the standard meter, the measurement range of the meter is 0.01In to 1.2In. This part is not applicable to: a) Active energy meters with a wiring cross-connection voltage exceeding 600 V (for three-phase meters, it is the line-to-line voltage); b) Portable meters and outdoor meters; c) Data interfaces of meter counters; d) Standard meters. Note: Reliability requirements are in accordance with the IEC 62059 series of documents.
