This document specifies the composition and requirements of medical temperature controllers (hereinafter referred to as "temperature controllers") and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to devices that are used in clinical settings in medical institutions to exchange heat with the human body through components such as blankets and pads, in order to externally physically raise and/or lower the body temperature and assist in regulating body temperature.
