This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Lulong noodles, the scope of protection for geographical indication products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labels, marks, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to Lulong noodles approved for protection by the national administrative departments in charge of quality supervision, inspection, and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
