Scope

本标准规定了14周岁及以下婴幼儿和儿童服装上使用绳索和拉带的安全要求。
本标准适用于14周岁及以下婴幼儿和儿童服装上使用的绳索和拉带。
本标准不适用于以下情况：
——儿童护理用品，比如围嘴、尿片或奶嘴拉袢；
——鞋子、靴子和鞋类似产品；
——手套、帽子、围巾；
——成人监护下，在学校、庆典等正式场合中用于搭配衬衫的领带；
——腰带、吊裤带、打结腰带除外；
——宗教服装；
——有限时间内和监护下穿着的节庆服装，如在民间或宗教仪式、国家或地区节日中穿着的服装；
——有限时间内和监护下穿着的专业运动服和运动时穿着的服装，例如橄榄球短裤、潜水服和舞衣，但在日常穿着时的服装除外，如运动球衣以及在沙滩和夏天无人监护下穿着的泳衣、比基尼、泳裤、冲浪短裤；
——演出时穿着的戏服；
——在白天、有限时间内且监护下，以防服装在绘画、烹饪或用餐时弄脏穿着的围裙；
——包类产品。
