本文件规定了家用和类似用途热泵热水器用全封闭型电动机-压缩机的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、验收规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存的要求。
本文件适用于制冷剂为R410A、R134a、R417A、R407C、R22、R32和R290的家用和类似用途热泵热水器用全封闭型电动机-压缩机（以下简称“压缩机”，包括转子式压缩机和涡旋式压缩机）的设计、制造、检验、包装、运输、贮存相关人员。
制冷剂为其他类型（R744除外)的同类压缩机的设计、制造、检验、包装、运输、贮存相关人员可参照使用本文件。
