DB51/ 2377-2017 DB51/ 2377-2017 Air volatile organic compounds emission standards for stationary sources in Sichuan Province

Scope

This standard specifies the emission limits, monitoring, and supervision requirements for air volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from fixed pollution sources in Sichuan Province. It applies to the management of air VOC emissions from existing fixed pollution sources in Sichuan Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of environmental protection after completion, and the management of air VOC emissions after the project goes into operation. It also applies to the legally permitted pollutant emissions. The siting of new pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws, regulations, and rules such as the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China. For control indicators not specified in this standard, the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (GB 16297) and the Emission Standards for Malodorous Pollutants (GB 14554) shall be implemented. Where there are industry standards, the corresponding industry air pollutant emission standards shall be implemented.
