GB/T 25419-2023 Fruit tree pruning machine

Scope

This document specifies the classification, basic parameters, model numbering, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, user's manual, packaging, transportation, and storage of fruit tree pruning machines (hereinafter referred to as pruning machines) that use swinging blades to cut branches.
This document is applicable to single-handed pruning machines powered by dedicated battery packs with a nominal voltage not exceeding 75 V DC or compressed air with a pressure not exceeding 1.0 MPa, used in general environmental conditions.
Electric or pneumatic pruning machines with extendable rods for high-altitude operations may refer to this document for implementation.
Pruning machines that obtain power from ordinary batteries via dedicated cables may refer to this document for implementation.
This document is not applicable to:
—— Pruning shears that cut branches with reciprocating linear motion of the blades;
—— Pruning machines that cut branches with rotating saw blades;
—— Electric pruning machines that directly use industrial-frequency AC power as the power source;
—— Pruning shears that only cut branches using the gripping force of the hand;
—— Pruning machines with only two moving blades and no fixed blades.
