Scope

This standard specifies the performance criteria and tests for the mechanical control systems (MCS) related to the safety performance of electronic components used in earthmoving machinery and equipment as defined in GB/T 8498. Manufacturers can conduct verification and testing in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7, or they can replace these with the procedures specified in Appendix 6 of ECE R79, ISO 138491, or IEC 62061.
