Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, calculation principles, calculation scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of silicon single crystals and silicon single crystal wafers per unit product.
This standard applies to silicon single crystals, including semiconductor-grade silicon single crystals and solar-grade silicon single crystals; silicon single crystal wafers, including silicon single crystal wafers for semiconductor devices and silicon single crystal wafers for photovoltaic solar cells (hereinafter collectively referred to as "wafers"), for the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of products from manufacturers, as well as for the control of energy consumption in new projects.
