本标准规定了食品中维生素B6的测定方法。
第一法液相色谱串联质谱法适用于食品中维生素B6的测定。
第二法液相色谱质谱法适用于添加维生素B6(吡哆胺、吡哆醛和吡哆醇)作为营养强化剂的调制乳粉、特殊膳食用食品、即食谷物、焙烤食品和饮料中的维生素B6(吡哆胺、吡哆醛和吡哆醇)的测定。
第三法高效液相色谱荧光检测法适用于添加维生素B6(吡哆胺、吡哆醛和吡哆醇)作为营养强化剂的调制乳粉、特殊膳食用食品(特殊医学用途食品除外)、即食谷物、焙烤食品和饮料中的维生素B6(吡哆胺、吡哆醛和吡哆醇)的测定。
第四法微生物法适用于食品中维生素B6的测定。
