Scope
1.1 This part of GB/T 1040 specifies the test conditions for determining the tensile properties of plastic films or sheets with a thickness of less than 1 mm, based on Part 1. Note: Sheets with a thickness of more than 1 mm are specified in GB/T 1040.2.[HT] 1.2 See 1.2 in GB/T 1040.1-2006. 1.3 This part is generally not applicable to determining the tensile properties of the following materials: a) Foam plastics; b) Textile fiber-reinforced plastics. 1.4 See 1.5 in GB/T 1040.1-2006.
