Scope
This part of GB/T 16895 sets out the requirements for the initial and periodic inspections of electrical installations.
Chapter 6.4 provides the requirements for the initial inspection of electrical installations, ensuring, to the extent possible, that the relevant requirements of other parts of GB/T 16895 are met and setting out the requirements for reporting the results of the initial inspection. The initial inspection should be conducted after the completion of a new installation or the modification or expansion of an existing installation.
Chapter 6.5 sets out the requirements for the periodic inspection of electrical installations to determine, to the extent possible, whether the installation and all its supporting equipment meet the conditions of use, and the requirements for reporting the results of the periodic inspection.
