Scope

This document specifies the purpose and principles of quality inspection after fatigue testing of mechanical connection devices between tractors and light trailers equipped with connection devices that comply with GB/T 25988, as well as personnel requirements, method selection, inspection requirements, and result determination. This document is applicable to all components of mechanical connection devices made of steel, forged steel, or cast steel (generally ferromagnetic materials), the failure of which may lead to the breakage of connection parts. Note: If other materials are used, manufacturers need to check their compatibility with non-destructive testing methods.
