Scope
This part of GM/T 0003 specifies the public key encryption algorithm of the SM2 elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithm, and provides examples of message encryption and decryption and the corresponding process.
This part is applicable to message encryption and decryption in commercial cryptographic applications. The message sender can use the recipient's public key to encrypt the message, and the recipient can decrypt it with the corresponding private key to obtain the message. At the same time, this part can also provide product and technology standard positioning and standardized references for security product manufacturers, improving the credibility and interoperability of security products.
