Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the residual hydrogen peroxide in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of residual hydrogen peroxide in food. The quantitative detection limit of the iodometric method is 3 mg/kg; the quantitative detection limit of the titanium salt colorimetric method is 1.6 mg/kg, and the qualitative detection limit is 0.5 mg/kg.
