Scope
This standard specifies the machine hour cost quotas for nuclear power plant construction projects in the budget quotas for nuclear power plant construction projects. This standard is applicable to the nuclear island projects of new and expansion projects of pressurized water reactor nuclear power units, as well as to the nuclear island waste liquid storage tank buildings, conventional island waste liquid storage tank buildings, radioactive solid waste treatment auxiliary buildings, solid waste temporary storage warehouses, and radioactive machine repair and decontamination workshops in the BOP projects, which have nuclear safety requirements. Other types of nuclear power reactors and nuclear engineering projects can refer to and use this standard for reference.
