Scope
This standard specifies the specification series, basic parameters, and basic dimensions of the inlet valves for large and medium-sized turbines.
This standard applies to butterfly valves with a nominal diameter of 1,000 mm to 10,000 mm for turbines (including storage pumps and pump-turbines), and spherical valves with a nominal diameter of 500 mm to 5,000 mm.
