Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the energy efficiency limits, energy-saving evaluation values, target energy efficiency limits, test methods, and inspection rules for external power supplies (hereinafter referred to as power supplies) used to convert AC grid voltage into fixed, single-path low-voltage DC (not exceeding 36 V) or low-voltage AC (not exceeding 36 V) output voltage. This standard applies to power supplies with a rated output power of not more than 250 W. 1.2 This standard does not apply to DC-DC converters.
