Scope

GB/T 21451. This part provides guidelines for the accuracy, installation, commissioning, calibration, and inspection of immersion and non-immersion automatic level gauges used for level measurement of petroleum and petroleum products stored in atmospheric pressure tanks with a reid vapor pressure of less than 100 kPa.
This part is applicable to level measurement in storage tanks and tanks used for trade transfer.
This part is not applicable to level measurement in refrigerated storage tanks where automatic level gauges (ALGs) are installed.
