Scope
This standard specifies the four-probe test method for measuring the resistivity of carbon nanotube powders pressed into thick blocks.
This standard is applicable to samples of carbon nanotube powders whose thickness is greater than four times the probe spacing, which are tested using the four-probe method. The resistivity testing of powders of other carbon materials can be carried out for reference.
