Scope
This document stipulates the delineation, surveying, pile marking, data processing, quality inspection and evaluation, acceptance, etc. of the management scope of rivers, lakes, and water conservancy projects (hereinafter referred to as "management scope"). This document is applicable to rivers, reservoirs, and lakes listed in the provincial protection catalog at the county (city, district) and township (town) levels and above, as well as the delineation of the management scope of water conservancy projects such as irrigation district projects, main and branch canals, water gates, pumping stations, hydropower stations, and seawalls, including new, renovated, and expanded projects. The delineation of the management scope of other rivers, lakes, and water conservancy projects can be implemented with reference to this document.
