GB 15097-2016 Limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from marine engines (CHINAⅠ、Ⅱ)
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from compression-ignition engines and spark-ignition gas-fueled engines (including diesel and natural gas dual-fuel engines) installed on ships (hereinafter referred to as ship engines). This standard applies to type testing, production conformity inspection, and durability requirements for Class I and Class II ship engines (including main engines and auxiliary engines) with a rated net power of more than 37kW installed on inland vessels, coastal vessels, river-sea direct-course vessels, strait (ferry) vessels, and fishing vessels. This standard also specifies the emission requirements for ships and ship engines after major overhauls. This standard does not apply to emergency ship engines installed on ships or any equipment or devices installed on lifeboats or used only in emergency situations. Class III ship engines shall comply with the requirements of GD01. Ship engines with a rated net power of not more than 37kW shall comply with the standard GB 20891.
