GB 17378.4-2007 The specification for marine monitoring—Part 4:Seawater analysis

Scope

This part of GB 17378 specifies the analytical methods for marine water monitoring projects, and puts forward technical regulations and requirements for sample collection, storage, transportation, and calculation of measurement results of marine water analysis. This part is applicable to oceans, offshore areas, estuaries, and mixed saline-freshwater areas. It can be used for marine environmental monitoring, routine water quality monitoring, environmental pollution investigation and monitoring in near-shore shallow water areas, as well as emergency special investigation and monitoring of marine dumping, dredged materials, red tide, and marine pollution accidents, and marine-related environmental investigations and monitoring.
