GB/T 17457-2009 Ductile iron pipes and fittings—Cement mortar lining
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the characteristics, coating methods, surface conditions, and minimum thickness of cement mortar linings for nodular cast iron pipes (hereinafter referred to as nodular cast iron pipes) and fittings.
This standard applies to linings that improve the hydraulic characteristics of nodular cast iron pipes and fittings (compared with unlined nodular cast iron pipes and fittings) and their anti-corrosion performance. It also provides special requirements for linings of partially full-flow self-flowing sewage pipes.
This standard also applies to linings for conveying special corrosive liquids. In this case, the following methods can be used separately or in combination:
——Increase the thickness of the lining;
——Change the type of cement;
——Add a coating to the lining.
