Scope
This standard specifies a routine method for determining the moisture content of grains and grain products. This standard is applicable to the determination of moisture content in whole and crushed particles of the following products: wheat, durum wheat, rice (paddy, brown rice, and white rice), barley, millet, rye, oats, spelt, and sorghum. This standard is not applicable to corn.
