本文件规定了石墨烯柔性电热膜的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。本文件适用于采暖、工业加热、理疗保健及医疗干预等领域用石墨烯柔性电热膜，其单相装置的额定电压不超过250V，其他装置的额定电压不超过 480V，其他行业的热管理用石墨烯电热膜也可参照使用
