Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, lifting and transportation, and storage for the secondary cabin of smart substations.
This standard applies to the design, production, and quality inspection of the secondary cabin of smart substations in the power system with voltages ranging from 110 (66) kV to 750 kV (hereinafter referred to as the secondary cabin). Other power plants and substations may refer to and implement it accordingly.
