This standard specifies the qualitative detection methods for chlorates, lead compounds, arsenic compounds, mercury compounds, phosphorus, magnesium powder (except for aluminum-magnesium alloy powder and modified magnesium powder), gallic acid, hexachlorobenzene, and picric acid in fireworks and pyrotechnic mixtures.
