Scope
On the basis of GB/T 21413.1, this part specifies the general rules for all electrical devices installed in the main circuit, auxiliary circuit, and control and indication circuit of locomotives and rolling stock. The purpose of this part is to apply the general conditions specified in GB/T 21413.1 to all electrical devices on locomotives and rolling stock, so as to ensure the consistency of the technical requirements and tests of the corresponding devices. Electrical devices mainly refer to switching equipment and control equipment, including relays, switches, resistors, fuses, etc., but not their control parts.
