Scope

本文件规定了机车车辆主电路、辅助电路、控制电路和指示电路中安装的所有电工器件的通用规则。
本文件适用于机车车辆上的所有电工器件。
电工器件主要是指开关设备和控制设备,也包括继电器、电空(磁)阀、电阻器、熔断器等,无论其控制性质如何。
目前,通常也将电子元器件或电子组件纳入电工器件中。本文件并不适用于电子设备,但不能因为电工器件中装有电子元器件或电子组件而将其排除在本文件范围之外。
电子元器件或电子组件符合相应的标准。
经用户与制造商协商后,本文件的某些规则可适用于其他机车车辆(如工矿机车、无轨电车等)上的电工器件。
本文件给出了:
——器件特性;
——器件应当遵循的使用条件;
——用于验证器件在使用条件下符合特性的试验项目及试验方法;
——器件上应标识或给出的信息。
本文件不适用于工业用电工器件,它们符合各自的产品标准。为保证这些器件在机车车辆上正常工作,本文件仅规定了这些器件在轨道交通条件下的特殊要求。为此,将由特定的文件来说明这些器件应满足的附加要求,如:
——进行适配(例如控制电压、环境条件等);
——不需要承受特定机车车辆使用条件的安装和使用;
——进行附加试验以验证这些器件能够满足机车车辆使用条件。
如果本文件与机车车辆相关产品标准之间的要求存在差异,则以产品标准要求为准。
