Scope

This standard specifies the method of measuring the particle size distribution of particles dispersed in an electrolyte solution by the resistance method. This method is suitable for obtaining the particle size distribution by measuring the pulse height and the correlation between the pulse and the particle volume or particle diameter, with a measurement range of approximately 0.4 μm to 1200 μm.
