Scope
This document stipulates the basic conditions, measurement items, and measurement quantities for the determination of the production performance of meat ducks, and describes the measurement methods and verification methods.
This document is applicable to the determination of the production performance of meat ducks and commercial meat ducks. The determination of the production performance of Muscovy ducks, half-Muscovy ducks, and Mallard ducks can be referred to for implementation.
